SS Camaro spoiler?

Ok guys need some opinions here on the SS spoiler.

I have a 00 z28 with the SS spoiler, I'm running at the mile this weekend and really can't decide if I should go back to the stock spoiler or just leave it alone.

So...what do you all think? Would the SS spoiler cause more drag than the stock one or at 150mph plus do you think the SS spoiler will cause any beneficial down force?

Thoughts?

Also in for answers. I was looking at the Blaine Spoiler too, but it looks a little too racecar IMO but I don't know if it would help at 150+

I remember reading that the SS spoiler is actually beneficial at speeds over 120mph. Don't quote me on that as im not 100%'

I've been 140-150 with both a z28 spoiler and an SS spoiler. The car felt no more stable with the SS spoiler than the z28 spoiler. YMMV but this has been my personal experience.

Yea....I'm figuring its not worth the swap. I'll find out this Saturday at TX Mile.

There's no way it'll make a difference. It's purely for looks.

The Blainfab spoiler on the other hand, that's a work of art. I can't wait to try mine out. Purely a race part though.
