Default Max safe oil temp?

I don't have an oil cooler, so I was wondering what what temp I should let the oil get up to before I start backing off. This weekend water never got above 185 (becool radiator + rksport airdam work fantastic), and oil was 280 and climbing till the session ended. I wasn't pushing it that hard so I'm sure it will climb higher when I do. Oil was mobil 1 0w40 if that matters, and oil pressure was still 70+ at speed according to the factory gauge.

I was told that 300 degrees or over is where you might see issues, I dont have a cooler either but do ok so far, I make sure I have fresh synthetic oil either Mobil 1 euro 0-40, Royal Purple or Pennzoil Platinum euro and I only run two events and change it.

UOA's have been good so far. Just make sure have at least a XW40 weight in it.
