Default Hotchkis Autocross race video. 10/15/2016.

You come to this Autocross for the people. Always high energy and beautiful cars. As they say "It's a car show and a race broke out." Are you guys okay if I got beat by a Camaro Z28? Because I did. Good for him, bad for me. It was a big loss at .009 for top time of the day. 1st. in class though.

Ya figured out why. The valve springs were too big, rubbed the head and filled the motor with aluminum shavings... I assumed everything got clearanced when the head was ported and assembled, but guess not.

Don't worry, I will be out at the next race with a bigger better version this time!

Having the right valve springs seem so easy, but poor work seems to be everywhere.
