While not LS powered, I wanted to post something in this section. In all fairness, all too frequently my DD 2002 Firehawk has to come in and pull relief duty when the '78 breaks.

First, Saturday was an Autocross day that I organize for the North Texas Camaro club. A low key event that's supposed to bring all the club members and their 1st gen camaro's out to have in the cars instead of having fun looking at them from the outside.










Then on Sunday we attended some SCCA Club Trials and PDX day. I don't have much road course experience and I wanted to get some time before I go to Optima NCM and PPIR this summer. My 17yo son was also driving all weekend so the car really got a work out and the tires, Rivals, which were new going into this weekend don't look new anymore! 5 20 minute sessions on Sunday, 2 for my son and 3 for me.
