Where to Auto-X in TX?

Where to Auto-X in TX? are there even places to do it here? i rarely hear of any but that may be because not many people here go them. thanks for the help!

Re: Where to Auto-X in TX? Here in Austin they have autoXs once a month. I'm pretty sure they hold them every third sunday of the month. I don't participate in them but have several friends that do. I believe they are put together by Spokes (www.spokes.com or something like that, do a search). Hopefully one of them will see this thread and chime in, so they can give you the lowdown. Good luck!

There are a few RR/AX events near FW, and also down in Houston.

Re: Where to Auto-X in TX? Also, about 1 hour away from Katy is College Station... The Texas A&M Sports Car Club has events monthly - they are a lot of fun, and cheap - $15, plus fun runs at the end.
Rough location is Hwy. 47 and Hwy 21 in College Station..see the website for maps/directions
The next one is October 13...Autocross #1 was yesterday (Sunday) !

It is definitely worth the drive - because from Katy - you may drive the exact same amount of time to get to Gulf Greyhound - it is way south of Downtown Houston...I've driven there from Dallas, and once you get to Houston - you just drive and drive and drive. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" />
The Houston region has some fantastic drivers in Corvettes and F-bodies - at least 2-3 National Champions that I can think of, plus more National Champions in other classes like with Miatas and Neons, etc....
If you ever want to drive to Dallas, the following clubs have events monthly:
