best spring rates for road racing?

what are the best spring rates for road racing front and rear plz?

Most Guys I know are running 550#-600# in front and between 150# to 250# in the rear ( Most go for the lower 150-200, it is a matter of preference, some like the stiffer 250's in the back) Keep in mind this is for street/track cars Full race cars sometimes run in the neighborhood of 700# and higher for the fronts.

As soft as you can run and keep the springs from coil binding or the suspension from bottoming out.
