I used to work at Panoz Racing School, and yes you can be Regionally licensed in 3 days, but I would definately get more seat time. Most of our instructors were also racers, that instructed part time.

Yekta, You can pretty much forget about the AI and CMC divisions. NASA events dont exist up here. The lovely NW is stuck with SCCA only. I think you will find that going out and running the occasional lap day or time trial will feed your thirst for the track. And with your car, its going to end up a scrap heap before long. Road racing can get stupid expensive fast. And you tend to break things alot more than drag racing.

Tell me about it. On our first track outing, our 944's #2 rod bearing failed, the rod snapped and blew a hole in our oil pan (typical). We weren't using an Accusump. We learned the hard way.
