Racing Country Club in Savannah? Anyone heard anything about a racing country club being built in Savannah similar to the one in Illinois?

there's one being built in PA. bunch of midlife crisis yuppies trying to act like car guys. you cant drive unless you're a member, and their prices are absolutely ******* rediculous.
