Default !swaybar how bad on the course?

Been thinking of hitting a couple SCCA events next year, but I have one problem. I had to remove the front swaybar to fit my turbo hot side pipes. How bad would my car suck on a road couse?

It would be horrible. Driving on the street isn't really a great idea with no front bar, but going to an auto-x or track event will be not fun. The body roll will be really, really bad. I would not recommend it at all.

Ya your car will be all over the road. I have mine off and wouldn't dream of auto-x!

not quite the worst possible idea for your car...putting a running garden hose into your intake at WOT sounds about as good to me

Might have to desinate the TA for strip only and pick a C5 for the course.

It makes your car handle like a mid 70s Cadillac.

Your A4 doesn't help you much as it is, but the turbo is gonna hurt you real bad. I may be novice but my 350hp or so is hard to put down on stock size street tires. If you're making 400 or more, I hope you have a sensitive foot. If you are really creative and have or original bar, you can probably fab up a new one. Your ground clearance will suck, but you wont roll so bad. Just make sure to reinforce the cut and weld areas to minimize flex. also, make sure you have good welds with no cracks. The tension on that bar will cause a crack to propagate fast.
