I have them on my car. They are a pain in the butt to install as you have to pull the wheel hubs, but once on there are no issues. I use the DRM duct extensions to connect to the LG spindle ducts. The only problem I've had running this setup is getting the DRM duct in the proper position so that the hose that connects the DRM duct to the LG duct doesn't get rubbed by the wheels at full lock. I'm running OEM Z06 front wheels.
I've seen some people using the C6 Z06 duct extensions on C5s. Those are a lot cheaper than the DRM ones.
