if your talking about the inner edge to roll for tire clearance, just use a baseball bat, thats what alot of people use.

Just do the $15 fender roller way, use thick pvc pipe with a rubber outer liner and a heat gun

Yea I think the 69TA rented my buddy his gun and roller for around $60 about a year ago, don't know what it will cost now, but worked great.
