I was at an F8x dyno day and with a JB4 (which I believe is around $600-800 not bad at all) and E85 these cars can hit just around 500whp with a baseline of 412-420whp

On the same dyno same day my old LS3 C6 put down 395whp, a bolt-on e90 M3 put down 360whp

I don't mind them but just not something everyone wants. The m3 is on stock tires and after that 20 roll, there would be no sense in doing a dig. We both know I would win in a dig, neither of us need to prove it.

How do you like the M&H for daily driving and how well do they hook?

So far so good, even had them in rain and it wasn't too terrifying lol. Even in 40* air with no burn out they more or less dead hook from a first gear roll. They seem much stickier than the 275/45/17 ET streets I had on my GTO.

M$H's always had the best compounds. A little pricy but well worth it.

Are they the new style or older style? Im assuming this first pic is the new one and the second is the older?

My Nitto 555r's dead hooked from about 15-20 mph the other night when it was in the 30s. Above 50 degrees and they'll always hook well from a dead stop.

I'm surprised they hook that well on the street at that temp.

Do you warm them up real well?

Mine dead hooked after a nice burnout but then again that was a bolt on 97 ws6 all 260whp

I could not get a Nitto to work well on the street.

M/T has never let me down thus far.

No didn't warm them up, they just hook. From a dig without a good warm up I can spin them for a second but they still hook up well when cold

They are 35/17/315's. 1st gear is pretty fun in my car now. When it kicks down, it doesn't just sit and spin anymore. It hooks and throws me back in my seat hard as ****. Makes me giggle everytime.
