that's exactly where it rubs, where the fender meets the bumper. you can trim it down a little, but that's always going to be the problem spot. the rear you can do flat front to back with no issue.
the eastwood 6 lug piece isn't the right size and is actually too large, meant for trucks with bigger bolt patterns. you are better off just redrilling the roller to work.

I've seen a picture of the 5 lug roller fitted off center to roll fenders. Just takes some re-positioning to get the whole arch. I used the mallet trick myself, however.
Rocky, you'll be able to tell if there are spacers or not if the car is much lower when it's been parked for a while vs when you just drove it. The nivomat feature raises the car as it bounces around. The shocks settle when they've been idle for a while. Otherwise, you can just pull one of the side panels in the trunk back and see the top of the shock mount. You'll know if there is an aftermarket spacer or not. It looks like a stack of metal sleeves and plates.

It really won't fit? The website under Q&A someone actually asked "Can this fit my 2004 cts-v with the 6 lug?" and they responded with Yes.
And I wont be able to roll that part (where fender meets bumper), just need to trim it?
EDIT:
You know what I searched this and found this picture from another tread where someone had the thing attached to 1 of the lugs and it worked for them.

So my Saturday was nice and ****ty. Everything went opposite of plan. I needed to feel like I accomplished something today so I test fit the wheels on one side.
I have about a paper thickness between the front calipers and the wheels and it actually rubbed slightly enough to tell it touched. I'll do a 3mm spacer all around and have a true offset of +30mm. I also need to bring the car down a half inch all around. Other than that I'm happy with how they sit. Pictures...

You should be more concerned with the ground clearance on that front bumper cover than the tire gap. Wait til you run over a tire tread on the highway, try to take a speed bump at anything more than a clutch-riding crawl, back out of a driveway with more than a 10 degree incline, accidentally pull up too far on a parking stop, rip out a fender liner while creeping over a seam in a driveway, load it up on a roll-back tow truck, take it into an alignment shop with a roll-on lift... all of these are my own experiences in a town with great roads.
I love the slammed look, but a static drop like that is asking for trouble if you actually plan on driving the car. These bumper covers aren't cheap and I'm having enough trouble finding the plastic pan for the underside that was ripped out when I hit that tire tread.
