Anyone used truck accessories in a 4th gen? Just purchased a roller and looking into swapping everything from the truck over.

 

The truck accessories are different. I don't know if they will work but I have a friend do the same thing and put the motor in a 3rd gen. The power steering pump and alternator bracket on the truck is one piece on my 99 Camaro it is two brackets. The brackets do not sit at the same depth on the two motors.

I know this is not fender exit but I am not using a kit I built my own custom bumper exit exhaust and its very easy to do you just need a few bent pipes. I was able to pick up everything pipe with flanges and v-bands form my local supply store for exhaust shops. I just called an exhaust shop and asked them were they get there parts from.

 

The bumper exit like pictured is what I am aiming for. The reason for the truck accessories is that I already have them all and would make it a lot easier on the wallet.

 

I used truck accessories in my 4th gen, no power steering tho, and the alternator bracket is too high, your probly gonna need a cowl hood
