Sweet......so you gonna add 200# to your car now too?

No.. but mod for mod from stock on both cars does not care, nor account for what they weigh stock. If you remove weight, that is a mod. If you lose weight from drag pack, catback etc, I don't consider that weight loss as a separate mod.

You have a 116 trap car that leaves decent from a dig.....Not that hard to achieve to get a 5gen to run with you from a roll.

117 trap car.

1-2 mph on a short track like a 1/8 would be a pretty good gain from a 93 side of a tune.

Nah.. just the 93octane side of the tune itself helped a good bit... not to mention the much harder and faster shifts, and 500rpm gain in each gear.

Proof

I don't need proof. He owned both cars, and drove/drives them pretty damn hard. I would think he is much more qualified to make that judgement than you, who has owned neither.
What the hell is this message it too short error message crap........
Obviously my comments are in red above...

Ford camp here seems to think static mass is 10:1 vs. rotational mass.

http://www.svtperformance.com/forums...ct-performance

I know I went from heavy chrome plated 17x8's to lightweight forged aluminum 17x7 and 15x10. It made a hell of a difference. This is with a engine that actually makes low end torque too.

Lol.......then i guess you have no issue adding wheel weight to your car.

Even if the 1le wheel/tire was lighter by 10lb perwheel/tire
which would huge it would still have 20lb deficit. On top of that a 20lb heavier clutch.

Well according to you guys earlier it's the tires....now the suspension. One thing for sure a mustang needs mods to handle any where near the realm of a 1le

Because you typed all that bullshut in the quote.

Well i look at it like this. No doubt you were using long cool diwns to get your best times......cus furd

So on the street your car is slower due to heat soak alone. From the looks of you running that 6gen after about 3 runs it's falling off pretty good because he was pulling you the last 2 runs........or he got the driving down better. I thought giving you a 116 trap car was generous on the street.

So the 100+lb of wr you have means nothing.....ok. but it is considered a mod. Well maybe we are making a little progress with you. You see I've been right that you are more modded than you say.

116

Yea you need proof. I don't trust most people. With out hard data it's nothing more than a opinion. Especially when you guys are crying it's the tires that made the difference.

I think it's closer to about 3:1.....but the furd camp usually are a bunch of optimists when it comes to rice calcin their ****.

STOCK 2016 Camaro SS - 12.12 @ 114 - YouTube
Car rolls out well for the DA. Nice work! Cool to see the side by side comparison with the S550.

Runs good. SS and A8 Challenger Scat Pack should be neck and neck with the S550 needing mods to play. Just what I expected all along.

I am not in the tire weight debate. S550 needs suspension and tires.

Because you typed all that bullshut in the quote.

Well on your long replies it gets tedious to reply without addressing each point
so I'll do it like this

Well i look at it like this. No doubt you were using long cool diwns to get your best times......cus furd

So on the street your car is slower due to heat soak alone. From the looks of you running that 6gen after about 3 runs it's falling off pretty good because he was pulling you the last 2 runs........or he got the driving down better. I thought giving you a 116 trap car was generous on the street.

I can hotlap my car... have made 3 passes in a row at track before without issues.. I get enough cooldown on return road, and staging lanes. I do the cooldown because I want to run my car as close as possible to the same conditions each time to eliminate variables on the run. This is one of the reasons I guess I have gotten good times.. I am OCD about keeping as many things as possible the same and changing only 1 thing each run to narrow down where I need to improve. If I change my tire pressure, I don't change my launch rpm.. only one thing at a time.

So the 100+lb of wr you have means nothing.....ok. but it is considered a mod. Well maybe we are making a little progress with you. You see I've been right that you are more modded than you say.

I am talking about pulling stuff off the car.. like removing seats etc. My WR comes from the drag pack, and catback... thats it.. I have pulling nothing at all off the car.

116

Close enough to 117 to call it 117 you ho' Car is consistent as ***** tho.

2 mph for e85. You better run it to. But the 15 1le taillights looks pretty sexy so I'm sure you would enjoy.

If all he has done is the headers, no cats, and xpipe it will not be enough. You can trust me on that. He will need to pull the valve covers off, and throw a cam in there to out run me.

Yea you need proof. I don't trust most people. With out hard data it's nothing more than a opinion. Especially when you guys are crying it's the tires that made the difference.
Well, again.. all I can say is its coming from a 100% non-biased owner of both cars.
