Default Pump Seal

Is the pump seal something that needs changed when putting in a new torque converter or any other seals/o rings during the install?

The actual seal needs swapped out or is it just the o ring? Why is no one ever says this when upgrading a torque converter?

sorry just the O-ring. And it really isn't completely necessary since that O-ring is probably fine, but since you're there and its cheap and easy to do.

And the seal isn't cheap and easy to do? The seal can be found at any auto parts store, good luck finding the correct orange/brown o-ring LOCALLY.

Seal.

O-Ring, left.
