Need more rubber in the rear, will a 19x11 fit?

Well I think I have finally found a solution to my wheel and tire issues.
Going to go ahead and convert to five lug with corvette hubs, camaro ss front rotors and redrilled CTS-V1 rear rotors to 5 lug.
As for wheels I'll be going with 19x9 +50 with a 5 or 10mm Spacer and 19x10.5 +65 with a 10mm spacer.

Tires will be 255/35R19 and 295/30R19

That's some fat rubber. I don't need that much but I want enough in the back to stop driving like an ******* in a Subaru in the snow every time I pull the thing out.

For sure, if you put the 2.5" coilovers in the traditional mounting location, narrow that trailing arm so it's width stays inside of the wheel, run CS tailing arms(which don't help much past 10" rims), lean the shocks in 2 degrees or so, and massage the inside of the front of the part of the frame.....you can fit a 12-13" wheel.....

19x9.5 +33mm with a 3mm spacer running a 245/35R19. you're going to have to go with a shorter tire than stock for sure and you're not going to be able to be low unless you really pull the crap out of your fenders or run some crazy alignment.
