I saw my third 6G ss yesterday, chic was driving it.... Looked so good. It has such great road presence. Exterior, it could go either way for me. Interior, 6G all day long. Really glad they changed the placement of the tachometer too, one of the things that bugs me about my car.
6G really makes it hard to justify keeping my 5pig...

Only reason the 5G catfish is a slight dissapointment is because it took GM 8 years to redo the camaro and came out with a car barely faster than a 2002 SS. If it wouldve came out in 2003-2004, no biggie. The camaro stepped up their game after studying the mustang (coyote) for 5 years. Lets see what Ford responds with.

GM has been slapping Ford in the handling department with the camaro ever since then. It is Ford that FINALLY stepped their game after studying GMs 1LE/ZL1 and Z28. They finally came up with a chassis (s550) that finally competes. This can also be evidence by the tech they borrowed, such as: magneride, real wheels / tires, etc...
This all great and well, competition like this alllws us to argue about who's dick is better....

6G SS A8 tested well over a second quicker than the 5G L99 SS. It's like comparing the Coyote s197 to the 3v s197

6g ss > 5g ss, it's natural evolution of the model.
But 6g ss > 6g 5.0, is where the competition should be, unfortunately, there is none.....
