great races.... cant argue with that. Would love to see this scenario with both cars being auto. But its obvious the 5.0 is gonna need mods to keep up with the 6th gen.

Buddy just picked one up. Anxious to see what he does with it. Its a 6 spd though

Nice runs! 6G is a great performer. Takes 5.0 some mods to run with one, as expected.

Still very impressed how 6G did against that S550 with all of those mods.

I cannot find an auto 5.0 to race to save my life. Found 3 more bolt-on stick cars 2015/2016 5.0s on facbeook that want to run though.

youre gonna run into a lot of 5.0s like this that you can beat or even walk from. But then youre gonna find that one that slaps your peepee too lol. So just be humble about it. 6th gen is a badass car none the less. Happy to see they are so much better of a performer than the fifth gen

The blue one I raced just got some headers on and a clutch, so he'll be putting it on me shortly lol

Kill those bros. Same thing I have seen down here with neighbor's car. One at night at Orlando Speedway he killed 8 of them when he was stock. Bros were all modded. Lot of crying from them too

curious what do you have done to your chally?

in my neighborhood its the opposite with challys getting left far behind by tune only and similar 5.0's. I myself have done it before I traded the car for truck DD.

The new A8 392 Mopars are really underrated from what I've seen. Pretty impressed by basic muffler delete and tune only ones.

I wish there were more aftermarket for them and need to get over my negative stigma towards Dodge.

Not surprised if it is a stick or a 8 speed on stock tires. Mine has the cats deleted and CAI. Has a inch taller tire on the rear which seems to help traction out a bit. Deleted cats and JLT CAI woke the car up some for sure. Dodge engineers said from the factory the only restriction the car has is the Cats. Plan on port matching the intake and throttle body then getting a tune. No more mods after that. HP wise.

Here is a guy that has lots of track experience with a A8 Scat Pack with a tune and Dr's.


Here is a loss I took in my silver Scat Pack before I traded it. I had a 250 pound passenger and he was by himself. Same mods I have now. I will say the 16' shifts better than the '15 did. No idea if it helped. 16' Also rides better and exhaust sounds different right now. Car probably has not broken in yet. Has 350 miles at the moment.
