It definitely looks cooler with it mounted on top. The only accessories Im spinning are the water pump and alternator. Had I known beforehand some of the issues I was going to experience I would have ran the alternator off the rear 4 rib section of the balancer. That instantly eliminated any belt slip and almost completely wrapped the belt around the balancer for the blower. No belt slip on the 8 rib setup.

Thanks man yeah I don't want to get greedy right away but I know I will end up using the smaller pulley soon .

Nice numbers by the way.
I've driven it around before and didn't notice anything with the hood. I'll ask someone to ride next to me and tell me what they see. Thanks man.

ProCharger's new direct drive would of been a good way to go with had it been out when you built your car. Bob

Hey dopefedz do you think it would be possible in a post to make a write up of what parts you used to do this . I can see others wanting to go this way and while things are still fresh . Plus it would stop others from making some errors since you already learned . Great build . Your car makes me want to ta gfx , spoiler and rear bumper . I love these white hardtops mans.

I really didn't use anything special. Off the top of my head these are the things I purchased. I don't run any accessories other than the water pump and alternator. If you plan on running anything else you will probably want to buy some sort of flip drive to eliminate belt slip.

*ATI pin kit
*A&A C5 8 rib Procharger bracket.
*Innovators West 8 rib C5 balancer
*AEI CNC alternator relocation kit (runs the alternator off the 4 rib grooves on the balancer
*Powermaster 47802 alternator
*stock ls1 water pump
*Treadstone TRST9 intercooler
*twin walbro 450 pumps
*FIC 127lb injectors

Really shouldn't be a big deal. All the accessories just sit a little closer to the motor when it is on the corvette belt line. My power steering has been gone for years. I didn't like the feel of it with skinnies when I used to run them. Now I'm just used to it.
