Hi,
Since the short block did not sell on here [Low Balled to Death!], I've decided to professionally have the short-block refreshed for the hell of it.
(Honed, Hot Tanked, New Cam Bearings, Piston Rings, Timing Chain, Oil Pump, New Rod Bearings, and New Main Bearings), I may decide to sell the short-block or I just might keep it.
If I decide to keep it, I might have oil squirters installed, because I'm going to put boost on it.
I should have the short-block back from the Machine shop Wednesday of next week Nov 23.
I'll keep you posted on what I decide to do with it once it's back in my possession.

My apologies - I had this threaded marked as sold. The aluminum L33 shortblock sold months ago. I'm not sure what happened with that being marked as sold.
I have an iron 5.3 LM7 short block right now, for sell but not an aluminum 5.3...you can pm me if you want additional details and pics.

I'm sure it was probably confused by the fact that I asked you less than 2 months ago if the shortblock was still for sale and you stated that you were having it built.

You mean when I was being low balled to death?? People wanted the whole engine basically for 70% percent off, and here's the kicker....NOTHING was wrong with the engine! Paperwork with the engine and everything...
When you originally asked, the engine was fully assembled had 81,000 Miles on the clock.... everyone wanted to spend $800-850 for a LOW MILEAGE 2006 LONG BLOCK L33 2006 5.3 Vortec?

I was not going to sell my low mileage engine for peanuts...there are plenty of LM7's littering the junkyards of America for $200-$800 with space shuttle miles that are available for those that want a deal with no regards for mileage or quality.
