Camaro SS 3rd brake light staying dim
Put led lights in all the rear lights and now my 3rd brake light stays on very dim. When i press the brake it goes bright, i put resistors in the tails they work perfect. Do i need to add some kind of resistor to the 3rd brake light? In the pic you can see its dim. Thanks guys!

Yes, you should have a load resistor for the third brake light. Without it you'll probably find your cruise control doesn't work either. You don't need load resistors for the other brake lights and really should remove them because the heat generated could become a problem. You also don't need resistors for the turn signals if you use a no-load electronic flasher.

I have this one:
Its $10 now.
I used a "Keep It Clean FF552NLF No Load Fixed Flasher" that I bought on Amazon for $15 delivered.

You should be able to install the resistor inside the hatch (in one of the openings) so that it is attached to a metal surface rather than the plastic trim. One end will splice into the light blue wire (power side) and the other to the black wire (ground side). Up near the grommet where the harness goes into the top of the hatch might be a good location.
