2000 NBM M6 SS Turbo build

No problem guys if you have any questions just let me know.
Update- Local exhaust shops just do not want to try a 4" full exhaust and I kind of understand their concerns so I will be doing a bumper exit. I need to research some on removing the overflow tank and what all I need to do there then will use hurons 2 piece 4" so hopefully will have this thing dyno ready very soon.
Also I have a new PS pump and using the CBR alternator relo kit so no more tensioners. I am getting a horrible squeal when the car is idoling. Could this be the belt being too tight or loose?

if it is loose then take a look at the belt see if it have any slack while it idle

one of my straight -8 an fittings was leaking so I swapped that out for a new fitting and unfortunatly the new one leaked the same as the old. Calling Earl's today to get their opionion. This is the only spot where a fitting is leaking so its odd that two have leaked. Hope to have it fixed soon since my downpipe is coming in from Huron tomorrow.

Got the chance to make up an expansion tank. Cheap universal piece from autozone. Got all vacuum lines finished. Got the exhaust mocked up as well so need to cut the bumper and final fit everything

[QUOTE=ZERO_POLLO;19618231]Any more pictures on the downpipe?
What angle would you like? I don't really have any pictures at the moment as I still need to cut and weld on the s480 flange.

Well its official I got everything finished up last night. I am waiting on a turbo blanket, exhaust 4" trim ring, and an air filter but other than those odds and ends the car is finished. Will put a few miles on the car over the next few days to prepar for my dyno tune appointment on the 23rd. Anxious to get that finished and get this thing to the track.

Had a couple small issues that limited us on turning the car up more. Overall happy with the tune and looking forward to racing this year. Will likely turn the boost up once I get a handle on the car this year
