Update- Local exhaust shops just do not want to try a 4" full exhaust and I kind of understand their concerns so I will be doing a bumper exit. I need to research some on removing the overflow tank and what all I need to do there then will use hurons 2 piece 4" so hopefully will have this thing dyno ready very soon.

Also I have a new PS pump and using the CBR alternator relo kit so no more tensioners. I am getting a horrible squeal when the car is idoling. Could this be the belt being too tight or loose?
to check the belt was too tight or loose when u first starting u will hear it squeak or try it with water spray it on the belt see if it go away
if it is loose then take a look at the belt see if it have any slack while it idle

I am thinking the belt is loose but I'll have to wait until I track down a fuel smell from the tank area. Guessing I have a leak somewhere so dropping the tank tonight

one of my straight -8 an fittings was leaking so I swapped that out for a new fitting and unfortunatly the new one leaked the same as the old. Calling Earl's today to get their opionion. This is the only spot where a fitting is leaking so its odd that two have leaked. Hope to have it fixed soon since my downpipe is coming in from Huron tomorrow.

Fixed the fuel leak and got the car back together. Now to weld a s480 flange on my downpipe and put a few miles on before my tune on the 23rd.

What angle would you like? I don't really have any pictures at the moment as I still need to cut and weld on the s480 flange.

Well its official I got everything finished up last night. I am waiting on a turbo blanket, exhaust 4" trim ring, and an air filter but other than those odds and ends the car is finished. Will put a few miles on the car over the next few days to prepar for my dyno tune appointment on the 23rd. Anxious to get that finished and get this thing to the track.

Had a couple small issues that limited us on turning the car up more. Overall happy with the tune and looking forward to racing this year. Will likely turn the boost up once I get a handle on the car this year
