That's horse **** with the heads and block. Dude, those pics need to be emailed to the head manufacturer. If the response is to sleeve the bores, then I would make them pay for it. Who slaps on aftermarket heads and uses stock diameter pushrods? You are NOT doing anything super exotic. They should realize what the end user intentions are and build a product to suit. The oil pan is ridiculous as well. I have a Moroso pan and it fits like a glove.
It's pretty well known tfs heads won't fit 3/8 pushrods. I've seen guys use 11/32 without sleeves. I agree everything should work and fit when you pay these premium for parts.

I hear ya man. At least give a disclaimer of what wont work pushrod wise.

I have the dart pro 1 heads. They are the 280cc rec ports. They definitely have a wide port and are the reason for them not having very much clearance. I guess I was just really surprised that the 3/8 had no chance of fitting. Its whatever no biggie.
The oil pan was kind of shitty. I would have bought the moroso with rail adapters if I knew it was going to fit that bad. They said that their older designs were fixed and perfected. ******* thing is 1/2 inch short from front to rear lol.
Hell yeah man! I love that car. I didnt know you bought brakes for all 4 corners. Very nice. Just remember what I mentioned about the rotors....but hey, my advice is worth every bit of what you paid for it!
Don't know if it makes any difference but according to Aerospace when I emailed them, your rotors are on backwards. They say it's supposed to "dig" in and not "cut" in. Does it matter?....who knows, lol.
When I moved back from florida I forked over the cash for us to get into our place. I ended up getting the house for $80k. Full basement, 2,700 sq ft, 2 car-2 story garage in the back yard, about 1.75 acres. It was foreclosed on. I hustled my *** off last summer doing sidework 7 days a week after work. So she dosent have much say lol. The second living room is for my bike and my special car parts haha. Works out good. I also bought the acre next door. Trying to regulate my time to buy car parts and pole barn money. But Im getting there. Taking me 6 months to get the barn up. ITs almost finished. Itll be a huge weight off my shoulders. Ive been doing cam installs and convertors in my two car garage for the past year almost. Im too old and fat for that ****. 2 bay garage full of engine parts and my camaro that hasnt moved since november.
Soon though. Soon Ill be caught up and get **** done.
DAMN is those shark teeth on that zx6r?! that's bad to the bone.
