These are the results after being "tuned" at my local shop. There was some issues like the Aeromotive 13129 regulator not adding pressure with boost, excessive blow by (I thought) pushing dipstick out and the transmission going out the first time I go full throttle after getting it back. I installed a new 13129 regulator and installing the new transmission tonight.
I dropped the car off with a full tank of 91 a 32oz can of Boostane and a 5 gal can of M1 methanol to give me a tune for 91, tune for Boostane which should be around 101 octane and a tune for Meth. I also have a Nitrous Outlet 78mm wet plate I wanted to spray but never got that far. A week and a half later I got it back with a 91 octane tune only. In first week when I stopped by it was at 690 HP @ 5k rpm (unknown correction factor) and 105% duty cycle with base psi at 60 dropping to 43. Ended up raising base psi to 75 with duty cycle still around 100%. At that time HPTuners showed 13% Drivetrain slip. Don't know slip after that. Boost graph looks wavy but there's no signs of any slip.
Suggestions are welcome

I'd get rid of the 50/50 alky mix and go 100% methanol and see if the water in the mix wasn't putting out the flame. Bob

You obviously have a fuel pump issue, if you can't hold pressure at full power. With a return system and a proper boost referenced regulator, your fuel pressure should be going up with boost instead of down. Any other problems you may have are irrelevant until this is fixed.

The pump could be an issue but tuner did tell me using a mighty vac to to add more pressure to the fpr he got it to maintain fuel pressure. The hose to the fpr is about 12" long from my boost block and confirmed it was a good reference. The tuner obviously can't tune off idle or midrange at all if you look how rich it is. Tranny is in and at the tranny shop so they can make sure there is enough pressure and everything is good. Tranny psi was taken back to the factory 90psi by tuner

something wrong with fuel system. I made 900whp with a D1SC with 80lb injectors on pump gas and meth easily with 55ish base psi, no reason you should be >100% idc.
I'd switch to pure meth for sure too.
that boost graph looks like belt slip to me too. if you see any black dust on the blower or or crank then you know. I cant think of any other reason your boost curve would look like that.
also no reason you should be blowing out the dip stick with a proper catch can and vented valve covers. I'd fix that asap or you'll blow out the main seal on the back of your engine and that's a pita to fix.
i'm no tuner but that seems like way too much timing for a 91 octane tune with some boostane/torco.

The dynojet tower was recalibrated and I was the 2nd car on it so far so I was just hoping it was reading low since I was making 650whp with a 8.5cr 5.3 D1sc and more restrictive exhaust and the 1st car on the dyno was a 70 Nova with a 355 and a maxed out P1sc making 360whp. I was hoping to be in the 800whp range
Neverstop what was your pump and fuel line setup?
That boost graph does look like slip but there is no black dust anywhere. Figured I'd put a lil tire prep on the belt to see if that'd smooth it out.
Tuner said he got up to 22° of timing on just 91 NO METH NO BOOSTANE so I'm wondering if he didn't fry the rings or hurt a piston causing the excessive blow by. I never had an issue with blowby with the same motor and the D1sc at 16psi with no breather on fill cap just had stock ports on valve cover open to atmosphere. I'm getting pretty good at pulling transmissions lately.
I was expecting timing to be in the 10-12° range and maybe 14-15° with meth but when he said 22° my pants filled up thinking this motor is toast and he ended up with 17° to be safe

18 degrees above 5000 rpm is usually fine, 22 degrees sounds downright scary! Bob

Transmission shop said transmission is good to go but I won't be able to pick up til Friday to check out if the new fpr made a difference and diagnose any other issues.
I appreciate the comments. I named this car Murphy for murphy's law and it keeps its legacy going

After picking up car from the shop and trying to make another pull with it something else happened bending a pushrod, messing up the rocker and bending an intake valve resulting in zero compression in #8.
All spark plugs are wet with fuel. Any idea what would cause the damage?
