Need some exhaust advise

Do it as shown on the right. The bolts will not loosen if you tighten them down. I don't recommend loctite or anti-seize on the threads because that area gets incredibly filthy and any gooey material there becomes filled with small rocks. In the short term, that debris makes it hard to spin the nuts off, and in the longer term, it grinds the threads down forcing you to replace the nuts and bolts.
As far as tightness goes, I've never checked, but I probably tighten them to 45-75 ft-lbs to ensure an airtight seal between the ball and socket. If you watch closely, you'll notice that there's a point where adding additional torque doesn't make the ball-and-socket mate closer together. If you massively overtorque, which I've done, you might cause the metal plates to banana a tiny little bit but it's never affected the quality of the seal.

That's about all mine has taken. Just squeeze the upper rad hose a little and let it run while filling and it should bleed most out itself. I did it recently and only had to top off the reservoir once afterwards.

Sweet dude! I bet you're happy that it's done! If you need cats later, I'll be getting rid of my Magnaflow catback in a few weeks when my other stuff comes in. I had 6760-FC high flow cats welded onto the Magnaflow after I couldn't take the smell anymore.

Ok i got this code twice, but the first code said the same thing but it also say low voltage or something below it, but im assuming thats the front one? I figured i would be getting the code for the rears since its catless, but the driver side is the side i didnt use the extension harness, that wouldnt have nothing to do would it?
I would swap the front to the rear, to see if that changes anything, but the plugs are different.

Depends how loud you want it. Removing the resonator and installing an X pipe will definitely give it a more aggressive sound. Really depends what your looking for. If you are really concerned with drone, I would probably stick with a resonator.

But it sounds great and sounds pretty quiet under 3k rpm
