hawks custom 82-02 8.8 vs quick performance fab 9"
I know everyone that buys a 9" mentioned in this topic ends up buying one of these from us.
Midwest Chassis Two Piece Race Arm
Your options are to make this torque arm work or cut your floor out and make room for a stock style torque arm to fit. There is no 9" on the market that utilizes a stock torque arm that does not make contact with the floor. We have vehicles in here all year long cutting out the floor making room for the torque arms.
Mainly my concern is, I know some of the differentials are not street friendly but Im not sure which configuration is or is not.

The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
From what you can see I have selected in the options above, does everything seem right for a street car with 700 WHP?
I was planning on the MWC 9 until I got a crazy good deal on a torque arm and relocation crossmember.
Any aftermarket rear end will need a different driveshaft.

I'd also get rid of those BMW wheels and get some GM wheels. The BMW wheel pattern axles would make it almost impossible for resale.

It's sounding as though the Dana S60 has the advantage over the 12 Bolt from what I'm reading...
I'm guessing if I don't upgrade the studs then I run the risk of snapping them during a hard launch... I'll upgrade but would really like to keep my wheels even if that means going with a slightly different axle if thats possible.
Edit: On second thought.. Do you know of any GM wheels that would look like the AVAT 5's that offer a similar offset? Another concern that has been brewing me is my tires may be a bit too narrow. I have 295's on the rear and 275's on the front.. does that sound "okay" for the power goals I'm seeking ? My rear wheel has a 9.5" width.
