Default Porting services

So with changes being done "cam swap" and the potential of getting this ls2 in a couple weeks I think its about time to get my dorman ls2 sent out to get ported so I can see the max benifits im wondering if anyone here running the dorman has had it ported and how much power they have gained by having it ported

Now that the back part of the story is taken care of who would be the people to get ahold of to have this intake ported?? if any sponsors would like to chime in with cost of the port job and how long it would take to get the intake back to me that would be great I would like to send it out asap so I can get it back soon as possible sense race season is right around the corner and I am about tried of driving the lifted 250 around the itch to drive around with the ttops off is real

I will just say I cleaned up the runners myself with a die grinder and sanding discs. It was time consuming but not too difficult. I can't give an exact detail on what it's done alone performance wise because I changed cams and heads but it pulls hard and my tuner said it flows pretty damn nicely. Just my quick 2 cents.

right on I could go threw and clean up them rough steps that are on the runner but I would just feel more comfortable sending it out to a sponsor to have it ported as much as it can be safely

I think Hawks Motorsports offered a port service for the dls2 IIRC but who knows how the fire affected that.

This is the only pic I had of my progress. Looks rough here but the ridges were gone. Smoothed it more with finer grit sandpaper.

Default Wegner Automotive = Porting Service

Hi Berg, I have had VERY GOOD service from Wegner Automotive in your area, in Markesan, WI.

Call them, use my name and they will give you a better price.
