347 LS6 Forged Shortblock
Hey guys. I had bought this in goals to go with a forced induction setup but instead going a complete different route. It has been sitting in my bedroom.
Here are the details...
LS6 Block
Polished GM Crank
Probe Ultralight 6.125" Forged I beam Rods-Doweled-ARP 7/16 Rod bolts
Ross 3.905 Forged Pistons 4cc Reliefs
Diamond Rings Gapped @ .029 and .032
King Alecular Rod Bearings
Clevite 3/4 Groove Main Bearings
Clevite Cam Bearings
Less than 500 miles on it, a couple of track passes.
Also it will include ARP head bolts. Machine work done by Eagle Machine in Buffalo, MO.
$2300. No pictures as I don't have a digital camera.
Located in Stillwater, OK. Willing to travel within 200 miles to meet or deliver. I prefer someone to pick it up.

the guy I had brought it from never had it dyno'd but ran low 11's with it & a decent cam/heads. With a big cam & good heads, I wouldn't be surprised to see at least 460+ rwhp. it you want it for a forced induction setup, I would go with LS6 heads & stock size head gaskets to bring it to mid to low 9's:1 CR. Keep in mind if you want it for FI, you can always take these pistons out & sell them (they're pricey too), and buy a more dished piston to lower CR even more. But If you want an N/A motor, you could go with some ported heads and see upper 10's:1 & 11's:1 CR.
