I ordered it through Summit. It's one of their split seals.

You had to come up with a cooler idea than me with the seals it gasket didn't you? haha In all seriousness though that is a pretty slick deal wish I would have seen it. I just went with the stock convoluted tubing on my harness I think it looks decent.

just curious, are you planning on running your inner fenderwells? (meaning do you think there will be any clearance issues w/ the brake lines on the outside of the frame?)

Are you pleased with this piece? Would you go that route again? BTW....You still shooting for Thanksgiving. LOL. My plan is to drive mine Christmas day. Well see how that works out.

Yeah. It's nice and works well so far.

The car will be running by Thanksgiving that has always been my deadline. The question is which one.

You see my join date. I had the motor when I joined. I'm 2 years into mine. I have been saying 2 more weeks for about 3 months now!

Well. talking about missed completion dates.. I missed my date by a bit. lets see.. I missed April 05' what was originally to be SBC Resto/Mod.. then Sept 05 was about done and was sitting around the garage with a some buddies and a few too many six packs.. got to talking about doing a LS1 swap.. and well you know the rest.. next week I was picking up a pullout !.. New date again !

I then missed my April 06' date (again).. then I missed my Aug 06 for Hot August Nights.. but I finally made it by X-mas 06'....!

I have been egg'in and Raggin on Stealth since he 1st missed his 1st Thankgiving date LOL... But its all good.. I keep watch for his updates... and expecting he to be done soon.

Well I was busy this weekend, but got a little sheet metal back on. Mainly doing test fitting and getting ready to mount the radiator. I wanted to check clearance on the inner fender to the brake lines and I want to route the rest of my electrical (headlights, fan...) through the fender, so I needed to see what I have to work with.

Brake lines and clutch finished.

Body work will start after it's running and drivable.

Inner fender is barely touching. I'll move things a little to leave a gap.

Clutch reservoir.

So once again life has taken over and left little time to play cars. I finally got back out to the garage to try and get some things finished.

I mounted the fuse panel for my AAW wiring harness. I didn't want to bolt through the firewall since I shaved it, so I welded a couple bolts to the inside to mount the fuse panel on.

No more glass tube fuses.

Last night I got the in-tank plumbing finished for the fuel system. I added a 255lph Walbro, -8AN Supply/-6AN Return bulkheads and changed the return tube from 5/16" to 3/8". The Impala tank was originally 3/8" supply 5/16" return. The way I set things up I should be able to add an additional pump if needed down the road.

So at this rate I might finally get it running in 2008.

Glad to see the Updates. Nice trick on mounting the fuse panel. I don't see any relays on the actual fuse panel though I think I see one lead for one hanging off the harness but where are the rest of them?

This is the fuse panel for the car wiring. I am rewiring the entire car. I still have to deal with the relays and fuses for the engine harness.
