Dyno numbers in....Patriot setup
8.6 is a very good DCR 9.0 is too high IMO SCR or Static compression Ratio should be in the 11 to 1 or 11.8 to 1 area for 93 octane gas with a good tune in place. Your cam has a lot to due with your DCR. I was wondering what the DCR came out with using the cam you have.
I may not recommend Chuck for Tuning anymore but this cam sure is nice
I am putting down 480rwhp and 460tq NA
The cam was designed to get the most out of stock casting heads, with a good tune it drives very well with a nice rumble at lights

I did not have to fly cut my pistions either.
As far as DCR I dont really know. I figured my static compression should be in the 11.1:1 range
Any idea on your gas mileage with this setup?

But seriously, I don't think I'd ever take a chance with another Patriot product. Let's compare our two setups:
449/425 to my 400/367. Same heads, only his are milled to 59cc vs my 62cc.
Now he's got a slightly larger cam, more compression, YT rockers, a 90/90 setup, and is running through the stock drivetrain unless I'm mistaken.
I've got a slightly smaller cam, less compression, no rockers, stock intake/TB, and am running through a 12-bolt with 4.10s and a 3.5" aluminum driveshaft.
To me, those numbers sound about right. Give me a 90/90, more compression, rockers, and run me through a stock driveshaft and 10-bolt (or stock C5 setup) and I don't think I'd be far off, if at all. My big question is why the hell is my torque so low?
What bothers me about my setup is that I tell people I have a H/C LS1, and then I have to explain why it's such a weakass H/C LS1.
I'd absolutely rather have stock heads on this car right now, just so I could say it's cam-only and not be embarrassed by the numbers it's putting down on the dyno and at the track.
