Default redyno day for the l92 408

me and sean over at collins automotive had our disagreements but he made everything good it just sucks haveing a dad breathing down your neck 24/7 but im a happy camper

anyways the low down

408
around 11:1 c/r
Synergy Motorsports cam (236 duration)
ls7 lifters
stock untouched l92 heads
stock l92 rockers
stock l92 valves
stock l76 intake with holley 90mmtb
1 7/8 headers to catless 3in td's

a/f 12.7 across the board
26* of timing

threw a t56 and stock 10 bolt on 18 wheels if that matters

475 HP@6300
442 TQ@4800

overall im very happy for basically a stock topend, thought the torque was gonna be a lil more but

im thinking next year some trick flow heads and a bigger cam 550whp?

lean her out a bit and try throwing another 2 degrees of timing and see if she picks up a bit more power. Or did you already do that and backed it off and enriched the fuel for safety ???

11:1 compression, seems like she'd like a bit more comp too. Just a few comments for ya, not saying anything negative. BTW Mustang Dyno's are notorious for low torque numbers from what I hear and from what I've seen.

Good numbers, will get better next year if you go with more cam and the TFS 235's

Those are great numbers with Mustang dyno and very mid H/C/I setup.

Congrats.

Nice power for some stock un-touched parts. My 402ci with the same set up but ported heads and a 248cam did 517hp 468tq mustang dyno also.I'm at 30deg timing on my set up. I can't wait for fast to get an intake on the market. should be good for another 25hp.

Sean's dyno reads pretty low. You could have 525 rwhp Dynojet hp on your hands. If those numbers matter to you, take it to a Dynojet and see what it does.
