Be advised that the price between silver stainless and our ONYX Series is different because the black finish stainless steel is 3x more for the material - no joke. This does not mean the peices are that much higher, just a little.

Also, we are asking that you guys post up high quality pictures on this thread once you have your new ONYX series emblems installed. We are wanting to populate our website with LS1tech users' vehicles with these parts. Thanks!

 

Just a note - The black mirror finish has a very slight grain to it that can only be noticed at a glancing angle. It is almost unnoticeable from any distance. It was tough to catch it even in photos and here is a video of me rotating the emblem around so you can see how it changes in different lighting angles. I still could not catch any view of the grain - that's how minimal it is.

Also, the sides are not black - only the surface. The sides are still a silverish color.

Well,

The pieces are going to cost more since the material is higher.
However the increase only pertains to that material content only.
So while the material truly is 3 times the cost, the pieces are obviously not going to be.

Any kind of discount if I post some nice pics on a pewter trans am of the pontiac fill in? I spent 60$ just night before last on dress up stuff.. And I still need to order my blackbird stripes.
Not to count my race stars with 325s!!!! On their way! and arp wheel studs new exhaust etc etc..

These do appear to be black, correct? Just reflect light as well?

 

when will the ss emblems be done for sale ? i was going to do a berger with stainless fill ins but i think the black fill ins alone would look alot better, would like to order them all at once , so keep us posted

 

WS6 emblem yes. Every emblem we currently make with the mirror will be made with the black stainless. It just takes us some time to make parts, get good quality pictures and list them.
But they will be made today. I should be posting them here also today.
