whats the lift on the springs rated too? and do they fit stock valves?

Patriots are 650, Iskys 650 as well. And yes there are for LS based applications.

I don't man. The numbers are from the owner of the heads who had them done by Trevin. If your really interested I don't mind passing his number along to you. But the last thing I want is him bombarded with phone calls over parts he no longer owns, know what I mean.
