this cam is Violent in the midrange and has extreme high end pull.
lxl/lxl lobes so not aggressive on valve springs.

2500-7000+ IMO

Good for a LS6 full intake/exhaust with stock heads???
depends on your rpm range and how mild you need the idle to be
