LSA blower power potential

too vague to give you what you looking for. Not sure how stock you are staying ? I can say this from my CTS-V experience:
assuming you are keeping this somewhat simple & have:
- headers & exhaust work done
- reduced pulley (probably 2.5" upper)
- some method to mitigate the heat generated from the extra boost Ie: upgraded Heat Exchanger
you will be well over 600 to the wheels closer to 650 ........... but then you will need larger than stock injectors & you will be on the edge of needing larger fuel pumps as well.

Check out Jeremy with fasterproms he’s making over 700 with one on this budget caprice build he’s doing. The blower is ported to the max and running a like a 2.3 upper pulley. Think he was making 11psi or something close to that. He has a YouTube channel with all the build on it.

Check out Jeremy with fasterproms he’s making over 700 with one on this budget caprice build he’s doing. The blower is ported to the max and running a like a 2.3 upper pulley. Think he was making 11psi or something close to that. He has a YouTube channel with all the build on it.
He keeps pushing his numbers up, I wouldn't be surprised if he squeezes close to 800rwhp out of it when he is finished.

I made 690 on 93 with simple mods. I haven't had it on the dyno with e in it yet. Ctsv gen 1, ls2/t56, ls3 heads, stock lsa with 2.40 upper cam and longtubes with cooling mods.

Check out the LSA swap boards and CTSV forums, WAY more LSA info over there than there is here. Plenty of guys making in excess of 700whp with just ported blowers/PD cam/upper and lower pulley. I think some of the fastest guys with ported heads/aftermarket heads are getting into the 800's. The 1.9L is a potent little blower, I'm shooting for low 600's on E with just a Jokerz ported blower, ported 90mm TB, 2.4 upper and stock LSA lower on an LSX B15 376 (basically an LSA with an LS7 cam). I'm sure I could make over 700 with a PD cam and overdriven lower pulley.
I probably wouldn't bother going LSA if I were shooting for over 700rwhp though. I could imagine IATs would be far lower and more power per lb of boost could be made with a bigger blower at that point and you'll likely be getting closer to that price range.
I bought my LSA new from GM for $2000, reinforced ZL1 brick with 12 AN fittings for $700, had it ported with Jokerz "chaos" package for $1200 with 2.4 pulley, stock LSA fuel rails for about $200. At around $4000 for the complete blower setup it was still significantly cheaper than a Whipple 2.9L with a 10 rib drive setup but if you are shooting for huge power and end up buying things like aftermarket fuel rails, higher end port jobs, $500 for a lower pulley etc... you are creeping up to the cost of a Whipple 2.9L and with a 10 rib drive the Whipple is capable of way more. Unless your car came with an LSA blower, in that case the above doesn't really apply.

We had two customers make over 800rwhp this year on E85. One was a man trans and the other was a 6sp through a unlocked converter. For a 1900 to make that power it has to be an optimized combo.
