Default E55 vs Hellcat Challenger

Not a street race, but got lined up with another Hellcat last night. First time at the track with my tune and my rear drag setup. Hellcat was on street tires. My mods are Eurocharged Tune and 16in radials. Im sure the Hellcat was stock

So you ran 12.8 and he ran 13.3? Was this on top of Mt. Everest?

Nice job on the 12.6! On the DA correction calc that may have been an 11.9. The H/C though. On the calc with 6k DA 107mph. Turns out 110-115. H/C are faster than that.

It was even an auto. I even got 1.9s on street tires. I don't think it had radials. But they definitely werent stock size. Looked like 295+.

That was literally the closest finish ive ever had. We were door to door. She maybe crossed first by the trim. Or maybe the bumper protectors helped lol

It was a girl driving. But...im not sexist so I didn't say that was a factor. She did chop me down at the tree.

But as far as DA goes, there was a 6th Gen ZL1 A10 on radials that raced her and he went 11.9@123

E55 is one of my favorite cars that I missed the window owning (ever see the marketing commercial?) - can’t you get the super chargers ported? What are you doing for cold air intake?

you are going to HAVE to pull the charger off that thing and fab up a turbo system. a big single and you can ignore DA. as long as the turbo has enough flow. it can produce the same pressure ratio as sea level.

that crap would drive me nuts.

May be going to meet up with Larrbear next month. They've seen -200DA I think it was. And they have some bad *** prep there. So hopefully I get my 11 then

Yeah you can get them ported. The CAI for these are 5-700, and they say they actually lose power. Most of the fast guys say to just do drop-ins, and replace thr drivers side duct with a factory passenger side one since its restricted.

Edit: That commercial is bad ***! Lol. What sold me on the car, is when I seen it in MIB 2. I know. Cliche lol. But ive wanted one every since then

If I'm going to pull the SC, I'll go with the Weistec supercharger. It "adds" 178hp/173tq. But we know how advertised numbers go. But that's also almost 9k lol

ive heard parts for that are insanely expensive.

consider this.....even a pair of small 50-55 mm turbos would be enough. rear mount where the mufflers sit with a reservoir and oil pump. make them ball bearing so it takes a drip of oil. the piping from the back intercools it.

do it man.
