I bought this car back in 2017. I was confused as to how it was bone stock, but had an airbrushed hood. That started me down a road of uncovering whatever history I could. Here is what I have found on my old Ws6. I have photos of every repair/service I've done in my binder, but kept it to more of the history for this post.

ASC Info during a hoist inspection, my car was the random mule to show this in a report, randomly found the old ASC manager that shared this with me - and ended up showing my vin under photos (1 in a million odds) :


Thats what Ive collected so far - the rest will be my own history.

Thanks man - it became addictive once I started actually finding data and old owners had photos stored on CD's to send me lol. Even though its got 221,000KM on her, its nice to have the history and to me makes the car that much more special that its held up as well as it has. With the suspension and basic bolt ons, it runs strong and handles amazing.

Some winter mods occurring,

Did UMI rear LCA's and adjustable panhard, all bolt came out with ease. Got rear centered within 1/8", will do final recheck once I do alignment in spring
In process of doing front control arm bushings and ball joints, only one seized bolt that needed cut, others came out with a push of my thumb, once GM is done pressing these in for me, back together she goes, do an alignment in spring and it should run a lot nicer!

nice headlights look good! are those LMC truck housings? how do those LED lights fit in there? any problems with clearance behind it with the larger bulb housing and fan?

Fit good, routed them a few times and manually did lights to make sure of clearance. The shut and just touch the wire but don't pinch - Should be just fine.
