Default Fusible Link replacement with Circuit Breaker?

99-02 Fbody wiring
Can Fusible links E, F, and Z be replaced with 30A circuit breakers?
Something like W58XB1A4A-30, 1610-H2-30A or E39-30A?
For simplicity, is the bottom image good to go if replacing the top image?

Will the circuit breakers listed be sufficient? I'm thinking circuit breakers that tolerate short spikes of current well in excess of constant current ratings would be best?

I’ve got no problem replacing the fusible links with breakers. In fact, I hate fusible links…just a cheap way for OEM’s to over-current protect a circuit. If the circuits you’ve listed have at least a 10 gauge wire, use the breakers listed. 10 gauge is rated for 30amps, 12 gauge for 20amps, 14 gauge for 15amps, etc.

Thanks for looking this over Scott.
Looks like circuit 1002 needs the 30A breaker, and I'll go with 20A on the 702 and 102 circuits. I had 1002 incorrectly labeled as 12 awg and not 10 awg. Good catch!
