Default Auto to manual swap?

There is a Ws6 in my area that has a slipping automatic transmission for cheap. I was looking to possibly buy and swap to a manual. There is a manual transmission part out car near me.

What parts would I need to make this swap work?

T56 transmission, clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, clutch pedal, any wiring stuff? driveshaft? Is the diff the same?

Transmission cross member, slave cylinder master cylinder. Different center console, cut hole through the floor.

Harness can work, but there will be some re wiring to do it... plus the park nuetral switch.
easier to get a harness and ecm for a manual. The ecm would need a reflash also.

Save yourself the headache and just update the A4 and a torque converter and gas and go.

it's 2024, people come in here with the laziest posts they can think of. I had a swap write up back in like 2008.
