I got some '02 T/A wheels that are in pristine condition they are chrome 16x8 with some decent tires. i have some wheels that I bought coming this friday with no money for tires, i need to sell my wheels and tires(16X8 w/tires) or just trade them straight up for a set of used tires..

I work in Bellaire and have the money. Any of you know if there is any difference (besides the obvious) of putting 16" rims on a car that came with 17" rims? What I'm getting to is will the 1" difference affect anything like the speedo or do the tires that come with the 17" change in dimensions to ride as tall as the 16"'s? ( a little confusing probably to follow but I'm sure some of you can follow what I'm trying to say).

ya but they are 17's...there black with a polished lip so they look small but they look really good....i dunno maybe im not used to them yet...
