I gaurantee you picked up 20-30 RWHP with your 8 widebands and cyclinder to cylinder tuning from your Big Stuff 3 that you don't like.
You don't have a legit LS6 "Cam Only" engine.
No LS6 came with valve reliefs.
No LS6 came with hardened rod bolts.
Are the valves and valve job stock the way GM sent those heads down the assembly line?

Of course with an untouched LS6 long block, untouched LS6 heads with stock valves, stock valve job, stock computer, no cylinder to cylinder tuning, stock M6 without being faceplated, "gasoline", stock unmachined pistons, stock rod bolts, etc.....

They are Hoosier 30 x 10.5 Radial slicks.
The shortblock is 100% stock with Stock Rod Bolts and NO valve reliefs in the pistons.
Heads are untouched 241's with the exception of valve springs.
Head gaskets are stock multi layer.
Cam is an out of the box T-Rex
Fast 90 intake
1 7/8 headers
Custom y-pipe and single muffler
Under drive crank pulley
Electric waterpump
OEM alternator
Tuned by SSPerformance
TH350 trans with a break
8" converter
12 bolt w/4.33 gears
Basic suspension parts that everyone else uses

Making a "STICKY" would be a good idea. There has always been ALOT of interset in this "RECORD".
I would think that since Chris and Charlie hold this internet record, using there car as a guideline would be a good start. Now when others are chasing this "Record", they will all know what it took to run the 9.98 and what deviations to there own cars they have, If any, in the attempt of claiming the title.

I might possibly know that the modified piston by itself won't make more power. Only the clueless would cut the piston, lower the static compression for a cam profile that doesn't need the room.
The material removed from the pistons for these valve reliefs will however make the pistons lighter. This will have different effects that I'm not getting into here.
The larger camshaft that will now fit because of these modified pistons WILL make more power.

I took some time to search out this company after reading their "going out of business thread" and stumbled across this thread.
These douschebags talked all kinds of crap in this thread and fell Over 3 tenths short of this record.....
Now it's apparent that they ripped quite a few people off AND they can't back up their trash talking.
Hopefully in the future people search out ALL posts from Advertisers and NOT just threads they're selling themselves in.
Just reading how they conduct themselves in this thread would've shown how unprofessional they were.
Although I have to laugh at their failures, I feel for those effected financially from them.
