sig pic deleted, resized then deleted again, why?

sig pic deleted, resized then deleted again, why? so my sig pic has been deleted for the second time as of last night. the first pic was 320x168 pixels but i resized it to 286x150 which i thought was acceptable, but it was deleted. here's the picture, tell me what's wrong with it and i'll gladly fix it, but as far as i know it's within the limits.
