Default Horsepower per hundreth

Does anyone have a rough number on how much more horsepower you need to pickup a hundreth.... or a tenth. Im running a 406SBC in a 1969z28 that weighs 3050 with me in it, and is a full drag car (4600 stall, powerglide, 12 point cage, all the drag in's and out's... you get the point). My dad sent me a nice little text yesterday informing me that the motor will make 30-40 more horsepower this year over last year. I went a 9.95 @ 133.9 last year with a 1.425 60 foot, I was just trying to get some sort of estimate of what I should expect this year.

We picked up .135 on et and 1.5 mph with 30 rwhp increase. I hope to pick up more this weekend.
