why not? I've spoken to them numerous times and they never mentioned this before?

You would have to ask Pro Line that question.
That's the policy I was given a few years ago.

I wonder/doubt they still have that policy now? I would bet if you got the $$$$, they aren't going to turn you away from the door now.

Tim, Proline doesn't turn away business. They simply refer all LSX customers to Vengeance Racing. We have been the exclusive LS distributor for Proline for a bit over two years now.

The same goes for Lamborghini engines. Proline builds all UnderGround Racing engines and sends anyone who contacts them directly to UGR.

We have had a very good relationship with Proline and our track record for building reliable/big power combinations together speaks for itself.

I called Pro Line today and asked them their policies.

If you're having a race application built, then they'll deal direct with the customer.

If it's a street application then they want the transaction to go through the middle man.

Hope this helps.

So you guys never checked to see if the Rockers needed re-adjusting once?

No they aren't.
Nope did pull one valve cover because O ring was leaking. That was it. Never had not one single issue for two years. Total of 200 plus runs. Pulled motor after first year to check internals. Only replaced rings and bearings. Block only had to be honed. Change plugs because I felt sorry for them. Never had to do nothing but put in trailer, take it out of trailer and tune for track conditions. Even with the 5 speed car was very consistent within a few hundredths every run. It was built to last and have fun with.

Would definitely give HKE a shout. The Mozez headed 468ci they did for David Lazear was making 1100HP~ and was like a big bracket engine, low maintenance and super reliable.
