New N/A Record Congrats to Matt Bancroft!
9.62 with a C5R headed Trans Am right off the trailer at M9 yesterday and went 9.4X today at another local track. We still have not put an agressive tune on this car and he is shaking things down still but it does haul some serious ***!

Mid 130's on the 9.6 pass from what I remember. Did go 140 that night as well.
Don't know about the 9.4 pass though.
Car is simple and to the point, not to mention getting the job done
I think he needs some wheelie bars now too though
Definately has the potention to go teens or dip into the 8's when it's all sorted out.

Thanks Tom and Matt
it was an action packed weekend for sure. On the dyno Saturday morning, on the way to M9 Saturday night. 1st pass off the trailer went 9.63 @ 134 with a 1.44 60 ft. spinning bad in 1st and 2nd gear. The next 2 passes were both aborted due to some crooked wheelies and a bumper scraping 3rd pass. At that point I was just trying to get some seat time in the car.
Sunday morning I tried some suspension adjustments and it was back off to the track. 1st pass went to the left still but I stayed in it and the car went 9.57 @ 141. 2nd pass was all over the track but went a new best of 9.48 @ 141.7 with a 1.36 60ft. 3rd pass was almost took out the 60 ft bulbs but still went 9.57 but I got out of it cause it was on the limiter at the 1000ft mark.
Time for a gear change to a 4.56 and it should be good for at least a few tenths. Wheelie bars might be needed also. Not sure yet.

The powerplant consists of a 4" stroke and a 4.080 bore. C5R heads and everything else that go's along with it.
