Default turbo et record?

I've been tring to find the national et record on ANY turbocharged door slammer. I have come up with nothing I was wondering if any body on here would know what it is or where to get the info. Only asking because I think we now have the record. we ran 6.25 @228.89 with a 1.02 60ft in our Pro Mod we have alot more in the car. I'm not on here bragging just want to know what the record is.

That's cool. I wanted to do something like that with my Pro-mod, I wanted to use a SBC & Pro-Charger. The problem is it's all based around a BBC, plates, headers, scoop.

Just read this Troy Coughlin drove his turbo-powered 2006 GTO to a No.12 6.360/229.98, that's with having problems he said. With his money, he will probably get it dialed in soon, then you guys will be in trouble.

Pro mods are door slammers? Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I thought
Pro mods are full tube chassis cars? Maybe my definition of a door slammer is wrong.
Whatever the case, 6.25 on a 1.02 60' is crazy fast.

Pro-Mods are THE door slammer. Top of the line for the term doorslammer.

Anything with 2 doors that open are considered door slammers. Yes, they are carbon fiber and not one piece on them came from GM, Ford, Dodge. Doorslammer does not mean stock chassis. P/S, S/G & bracket cars can all have full tube chassis. They are still called door slammers. At least that's the terms I have always heard & used.
S/G roadster type vehicles are not doorslammers, even thou they look exactly like a car, but their doors don't open.

Again, I'm probably mistaken...but I've considered Outlaw cars to be THE door
slammer since they are most like a real car. A Pro Mod isn't even close to being
a street car.

We just got done selling our other car and it was a street driven (2 to 3 times a year) car that ran 6.66 @ 217 with a sbc I have a in car video if I ever get back from my friend I'll post it. We used to run nos on it but we went a motor with it later and ran 7.35 on one of the worst trank in the country.

And my question is still out there dose any body know what the national et record is for a turbo car door slammer?

Let me do some snooping around. I have a few people that I can ask
who are involved in the world of 6 second turbo door slammers.

Door slammer is just that. Doors that can open and slam shut

basically excludes dragsters, funnycars and altereds.

Default 6.25 pass

I finally got my camera to work on my computer!!!
So here is our best pass so far as of April 21 2007. We were testing down at Cecil County. The car only 60'd 1.02 we've been .982 so the car has alot more in it.

Thank you, I have no idea how it became an issue?? I was just giving the guy a thumbs up and wishing them good luck. Wasn't trying to insult anyone.

Man that bitch is baddd!!!

If I'm not mistaken Mike Moran went 6.36@22xmph in his turbo monte carlo a couple years back. Thats the closest thing I can even think of hearing in recent history. Then again I'm not all that tuned in on the world of 6 second door slammers.
