you dont need the glide, you can do it with the 3 speed if she hooks.
the glide however is allot lighter. min is the alum, d+b case all sfi etc etc.

Yea since that pic it has had some adjustments when it leaves now both front tires are the same hight...Was also playing around with the airbag pressure....As far as the 3 speed or the glide...You should be able to do it with both. My car has a turbo 400 in it..

we also had little experiance with tuning so im guessing with the knolage today if you have it, pushing water wont be an issue
just curious what are you worried about in the tune to do with pushing water ?? air to fuel ratio and timming ??

Mine pushed a tiny bit of water on the dyno last winter, I haven't had any problems this year so far. When it did, it was on a 300 hit.

Hopefully I'll get my good heads back on the motor this weekend and get to try out both stages! I'd be happy with anything over 800rwhp. A friend of mine is bringing his new scales to my place this weekend too so I'll have an exact weight. I'm shooting for 3100# with me in it.

What's your setup neals98?

BAKED Its just a stock crank, eagle rod, dimand piston, patriot 5.3 heads, vic jr intake,750 gary williams carb...trans is a turbo 400...My car is still full int, cage, with me in the car it is right at 3700 pounds ...Its all ready been a x.xx(i will pm a few of you I got to race someone before i show the times) but that was with the bad springs and a plate nos system. i am putting motor back togather this weekend and try to make a few passes next weekend.. I will have to try it out here at the local 1/8 mile track.. I thought the record was alot faster than that until i seen this thread the other day..
You can go to HUBCITYDRAGWAY.COM and see the car make a pass... Scroll down on the home page to the video...It shows it twice in it...that is the big event that is called fat tuesday..... here in mississippi...

You know we race sleds on the strip up here right? All that stuff (bikes, 4 wheelers) is included in an open air class

Here's some winter action for you. Friends of friends. http://turnagainhardcore.com/
