yeah he wonders if he said well i only had 100-150 passes if they would have told him well 50-75 lol

I have lost a couple of pistons but left the valve head on the track never found it!Bummer hope your dad gets it back together!

why bother with the extra cost and weight of a BBC to run 7.5's? I have a full weight 79 malibu classic and with a 406 SBC that runs 7.2's. both are G bodies so the weight should be similar.

thanks guys hes gettin it back together soon hopefully the heads are in nevada getting welded and the block in getting sleeved right now... but he found some bad news... the crank and a pretty decent size crack!! more money thats all right lol but i would go with a bbc because of torque and bragging rights... and just the sound of a bbc idling at like 550 rpms is the best... my opinion that is
