my s-10 might out run my ls2 gto for half the money

My 93 S-10 2.5l, T-5, rubber floor, no option, no powersteering, nothing, with 16" IROC wheels with 245/50-16's on all 4 corners, with a quarter tank of gas(about 3 gal, 12.5 or so galloan tank, and Ive ran it out, so I know the guage real well)..........it weighs 2660, 2820 with me in it, and I just happen to weigh about 156-158 on the average day with boots and jeans.
So his truck is probably less than 2900 with him in it and everything else. 3100 TOPPPPSSS!
With probably at least 375rwhp, it should AT LEAST go Sub 11.50 and 118+++mph... probably 11.0 at 121....

only got the gto to the track once last year before they closed. rear end was not set up well at all to high in the rear and all other kinds of problems. also was full weight all the seats and a full tank of gas and about 100lb of other stuff i will have out of it next time i go to the track fastest time was a 7.89 @89 in the 1/8th and i was babying it out of the hole all night my 60' was a 1.79 on that run. now i got the rear end feeling alot better and will be getting some hoosier quick time pros instead of the bfgs and some 90/10's and strange double adjustable coil overs. i could see some 1.6 mabe a 1.5 60' (i am not the best driver) and a solid 11 for my gto. the s-10 is still not ready for racing yet should be done soon just needs a radiator and some other odds and ends
